Liturgical Abuse

It is ironic that in recent decades in some dioceses, travesties such as the Puppet "Liturgy" were permitted, and the traditional Tridentine Mass was not permitted.

Thanks be to God for Pope Benedict's motu propio Summorum Pontificum (see text and accompanying letter ) which has restored to the people of God the centuries-old Mass which energized many hundreds of saints. Let us keep the Holy Father in our prayers, especially in his work to repair the excesses of Post-Vatican II liturgical reform.
